The next generation of Apple TV is finally here, and hey, look at that: games are a thing there now. The app-centric framework for Apple TV and its gesture-managed remote control bring mobile-style gameplay to the device — and, in some cases, even more than that. It might not be a console competitor yet, but Apple TV at least helps the company contend with the growing Android TV presence in living rooms.
